Transfer Japanese date to western date

Hi All, I want to change Japanese date to western date format.  Could you please help. (9 is 1 digit while 10 is 2 digits ... so I could not use left function)    21年9月限 → 1/9/2021 21年10月限→ 1/1...

    paris Was able to get day or month? with this:

    MonthNum = MID([Month],4,SEARCH("限",[Month])-5)
