Cumulative Attendees =
CALCULATE(
DISTINCTCOUNT('Attendance'[Full Name]),
FILTER(ALL('Date'), 'Date'[Date] <= MAX('Date'[Date]))
)
Cumulative % =
DIVIDE(
[Cumulative Attendees],
CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Attendance'[Full Name]), ALL('Date'))
)
