Hi atad 

You may try below measure and drag Year and Month column into the visual.

Total_Trailing12Period =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( Trsansactions[Value] ),
    DATESINPERIOD ( 'Date'[Date], LASTDATE ( 'Date'[Date] ), -12, MONTH )
)
