Traffic Light Visual in Power BI

Hi everyone !

I have big trouble, with traffic ligth making. :smileyindifferent:

I must have summarize separately numbers 1,2,3   becouse I want to know how much , green, red and orange customer I have (historical) 

          1 - is Green 

          2 - is Orange

          3 - is Red

That i finished BUT,

1) have one column with numbers 1, 2 , 3 called traffic light 

2) I made new measure with name traffic light #

3) And third new column called KPI traffic light   

I have 2 problems with this: 

First - The conditional formating int third column doesnt work ....changing color only on the last circle :-/

Second - I cant make the big traffic lights for example with ring chart, which would be better for me

Can you help me pls?
