Make sure you are using measures to achieve this table!

Sample measure for Flash($M) shoule be
if(Hasonevalue(geography), Flash($M) , calculate(flash($M),all())

and the select the record of negatives right click and select Exclude

Total will be for all values but individual values will be different

But you need to make sure you have notified to the end user that you have done this adjustment else the totals are confusing
