Totals in Matrix Table

Hi, I've been trying to resolve this issue no success. I am using the following measure

StaffSplit = calculate ( sum ('staff cost'[£]) * calculate ( sum ('staff allocation by BU'[%])))

In the following table

As you can see, the rows and subtotal are adding up OK, but the grand total is doubling up all rows. How should my measure be amended to correct this?
