Total value of Stacked Column Chart doesn't match the Y axis because of the negatives.

I am using the standard Stacked Column Chart. The problem is that Y axis adds up all the values, including the negative values. The Y axis is at 17K while my total data label shows 13K. Is there any way to fix this?

I have created a custom clustered stacked chart and that's when the issue is particularly prominant.

I would be thankful for any advice that could help to solve this issue. I searched all over and tried all the settings of Y axis as well as Total Data Labels, but couldn't find the solution.

@LenFi , I doubt negative values are supported on standard stacked visual
