Total row disappear

Hi all,

I have some issue with the total row in a matrix.

When adding a filter the total row disappear.

 

any ideas?

    Hard to answer without more detail, but generally, if you have a measure in your table and that measure generates a BLANK in the presence of the filter you mention and in the absense of filters implied by your matrix, but not otherwise, the total row would disappear.
