Total doesn't equal sum of parts - Turnover * Current Margin = Gross Profit

Turnover * Current Gross Margin = Current Gross Profit

This quick measure works at a month and individual project level however the total is way off - I assume this is based upon a calculation rather than taking the sum of the parts which is the desired outcome.

Any idea on how to fix this?

Monthly Gross Profit is correct - sum of parts is $2,066,250 whereas total per BI is $26M

Refer Calculation -

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Please change your measure to

Current Gross Profit =
SUMX ( 'TURNOVER', 'TURNOVER'[Turnover] * 'TURNOVER'[CURRENT MARGIN] )
