Total column does not include last month's Values

Hello,

I have this Matrix visual.

 

For some reason the total column does not add any of the values of December

Any help would be appreciated

    We need more information to answer this.

    Is it a standard measure totals type of issue  or is there a common thread that all of the totals are one month short due to some time intelligence measures not returning correct amounts?

    We can't tell just by looking at the picture.
