Total Value does not change in a simulation environment

Dear Super-Duper Users,

I need your help on this.

 

I have the following measure:

IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Slicer Name'[Slicer Name])=MAX(Table1[Name]),([Sum])*(1+Parameter[Parameter Value]),([Sum]))
 
Through the same I can select one single name on a table and simulate a changing in its single value.
I'm facing a issue because the total of the values in the table DOES NOT change. It remains fixed.
Instead I want the total of the values to change according to my simulation.

Is there a way I can solve this?

    Hi, gianmarco 

    You need to  add a new measure "Total 2" as  below :

     

    Total = IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Slicer Name'[Slicer Name])=MAX(Table1[Name]),([Sum])*(1+Parameter[Parameter Value]),([Sum]))
    Total2 = SUMX(Table1,[Total])

     

     

    Please check my sample file for more details.

    gianmarco , Try measure like

    sumx(values(Table1[Name]) ,IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Slicer Name'[Slicer Name])=MAX(Table1[Name]),([Sum])*(1+Parameter[Parameter Value]),([Sum])))

     

    or

     

     

    sumx(values(Table1[Name]) ,IF(MAX(Table1[Name]) in values('Slicer Name'[Slicer Name])=,([Sum])*(1+Parameter[Parameter Value]),([Sum])))

      Dear amitchandak , [Sum] is already a nested measure which uses SUMX.

      Anyway, I try to use your solution but it doesn't work.

      I don't know why the total won't change...

        Total2 = SUMX(Table1,[Total])
