Total Not Footing in Table

Hi All,   I have a simple table that is sliced by an employee. However, the Working Hours total does not sum correctly. Does anyone have any insight as to why?   Thanks!

What is the calculation you are using to calculate [Working Hours]?

    Currently I am not using a calculation. I have a table listing all of the [Working Hours]. I have the [Period] from the table below linked to my fact table. The fact table is then linked to another dim table with the employees listed.
