Total Labels and Date Table

In september there was a great update: "Total labels for stacked visuals". Unfortunately it doesn't work reliably.

My usecase is to import emails from Exchange. I want to show the number of mails depending on the status TaskComplete.
The problem is when I use a date table, it's no longer working. The view after months works fine:

But when I change to the year's perspective it looks like this:

Can someone confirm the problem? Or did I make a mistake?
