    Hi,

     

    I finally solved it by the following measure:

     

    Employee Cost  = 
CALCULATE(
    SUM('Table'[Cost]), 
    FILTER(
        ALL('Table'), 
        'Table'[Date] = MAX('Table'[Date]) 
    )
)
