    Hi Anonymous ,  

     

    You could create a measure by the following formula: 

    PrevYearBTD =
CALCULATE (
    DISTINCTCOUNT ( Previous[User Id] ),
    FILTER (
        ALL ( 'Previous' ),
        [Date]
            >= TODAY () - 365 - 7
            && [Date]
                <= TODAY () - 365
    )
)

    The final output is shown below:
