Hi,
I'm connecting to Topdesk to report on incidents.
I found the required fields in the topdesk datadict within field 'attvrijetekst1' (translated attfreetext1)
I can find other free fields (stored as logical, number, date, searchlist).
Though I can't find any free text fields when connecting to Topdesk using the OData connector.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to retrieve these fields?
Kind regards,
Ilse
Hi all,
I have some questions to ask regarding Text on MS Power BI, When I connect the data is done. Text can't use (table id)
Kind regards,
udomsak
Hi @illeke612 ,
Do you mean that when you connect to the data source in Power BI Desktop, you can't get all the data sources?
You can try to clear data source permission and connect again.
Best Regards,
Stephen Tao

Hi @Anonymous
I guess it's more a matter of finding the correct table within the topdesk table structure and it's related tables. As it is a more or less fixed structure I was hoping someone faced the same issue and found a solution.
I get the impression the data stored within free text fields is not available using the odata connector in Power BI.
In the data dictionary within topdesk I can retrieve the (back-end) field name mapped with the front end name within the entity 'incident'.
Kind regards,
Ilse
