If the [Value] is a column, you may change the formula like DAX below.
TopN Value =
VAR _SelectedTop =
SELECTEDVALUE ( 'TopN'[TopN] )
RETURN
SWITCH (
TRUE (),
SelectedTop = 0, SUM ( [Value] ),
RANKX ( ALLSELECTED ( Table1 ), [Value] ) <= _SelectedTop, SUM ( [Value] )
)
