    Hi mbudiman ,

     

    Please try code as below.

    New Net Revenue = 
IF (
    HASONEVALUE ( 'Table'[FY_FISCAL_QTR] ),
    [Net Revenue],
    CALCULATE (
        [Net Revenue],
       FY_FISCAL_QTR,FY_FISCAL_QTR[QTR_SEQ_NO] = 0
    )
)

    Result is as below.
