Top N and Others in matrix row

There are a lot of posts about top N and others but none of them deal with a matrix.

Currently, this is my matrix using the default "Top N" filter. but I would like to achieve something like the excel picture. All of this needs to change depending on filters. Is this possible? There are many posts about creating a rank measure but I cannot use them in a row or column for a matrix.excel others.pngmatrix others.png

Same issue here.

Would like to only show the top N rows in a matrix visual based on a certain value and have all other categories added up to "Other" at the bottom. I've only found posts that create 2 measures and involve bar charts.

Hi @jlinhenley ,

Which value is based on to filter Top N? You said "All of this needs to change depending on filters", do you mean "Top N" is changed dynamically based on slicer selection? Why do you say  cannot use rank in a row or column for a matrix?

Best regards,
