Top N Filter by User's Preferred Variable

Hi, so I'm trying to make a report that displays top 5 values based on Event Count or Investment for each Customer. I can use the Top N filter on each visual but it's limited to only one variable choice that's chosen by me. Can I enable end user to choose when they want to have Top 5 by Event Count or by Investment? So it only depends on either variable at a time but user can change them with a slicer or filter probably? Is there any way of achieving this or should I separate the visuals to obtain this result? Thanks! 🙂

Hi,

I am not sure how your datamodel looks like, but I tried to create a sample pbix file like below.

Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

One of ways to achieve this is using FIELD Parameter feature, Under the Modeling tab -> New parameter -> Fields.

All measures are in the attached pbix file.
