Tooltips with animated gifs

I've got URL images to appear in my tooltips for a table.

Is it possible to have animated gifs and video to appear in a tooltip too? eg using an iframe? (need help if iframe is solution)

We can try to put the column or measure as image url data category in table visual of a tooltips page, then it should show animated gif if you set the tooltips to that page.
