Tooltips on visual headers using measure descriptions

Hi community!

I have a report which has several matrix tables that use measures as the value input. I have given each of these measures descriptions in properties. Is there a way to make these descriptions available to the user when they are viewing the report from that page. Either through hovering over the matrix header for each value, or through some sort of optional pop up. Some of the descriptions are quite lengthy.
