Tooltips are not resized by reducing browser size

Good morning

In one application, with the full-screen browser the tooltips look correctly

But if you reduce the size of the browser the report if you resize it correctly but the tooltips do not

The problem is when the report is embedded on a website as information is lost

Is there a possible solution?
