Tooltip visual to show dynamically in bar chart

Hello,
In a bar chart I have taken two measures i.e current and previous month two bars are there using tooltip when user hover on the current month the tooltip should show current month values and for the previous month same,how to acheive this requirment using a single tool tip

Now its showing for current month,when I hover on two bars but if I hover on previous month it should display previous month values.
