Tooltip on hover over a measure in matrix(The columns is not present in matrix)

I have a matrix which has 3 column.Brand,Item and Demand(measure).Demand is calculated using quantity nd schedule_quantity.

Now my requirement is when i hover mouse to Demand in matrix , i should see the details of Brand,Item,Quantity ,Schedule_Quantity and Demand as tooltip.

I could not find any option in tooltip section that extra column i can keep, by default it shows the colomns which is present in matrix .NB: i should not keep and hide Quantity and schedule_quantity in matrix. it should not be present in matrix but value should show in tooltip. thanks in advance. Please leeme know  if any confusion regarding question.
