Tooltip not displaying all values

Hi all,

 

Firstly, I'm pretty new to Power BI, so apologises if this is an easy fix, or something I've just overlooked, but I have a filled map broken down by Region, Country and Business. There are currently 8 Businesses within India, although when I hover over the tooltip only includes one of these. 

 

Is there a way to include all of them?

 

Attached are images showcasing current tooltip values and the view in question.

    raccooncity ,

     

    please create a measure using CONCATENATEX that concatenates all the businesses for a country and plot the measure in the Tooltips.
