Tooltip map: Changing map zoom

1) I have a tooltip page connected to page1. This tooltip has a map featured on it. It shows  the entire map that is featured on the tooltip... i want it to zoom into locations of the projects

2) On a different page that has a tooltip, the map featured in the tooltip has zoomed right into the location... i don't want it to zoom right in. How do i change this
