Tooltip in Metrics table

Thank you for the insightful response saritasw !I understand you are looking for a sample PBIX file that demonstrates this. While Power BI Metrics visual do not support tooltips directly, a Table or Matrix visual with a custom tooltip page can achieve .
I prepared a sample .PBIX file for your reference.FYI,please refer the screenshot.

Power BI Metrics visuals don’t support dynamic tooltips on values. To show difference and % change on hover like you want, use a Table or Matrix visual with measures for Total Revenue, Running Total, Difference, and % Difference. Then create a tooltip page with those details and link it to the visual. This way, when you hover over the revenue, the tooltip shows the difference and percent change dynamically.
