Tooltip icon show all time

I have created a few visuals with visual header tooltip icon to provide some explanatory text.

However, the tooltip icon only shows when I hover cursor over the visual.

Is there a better way to show tooltip icon inside the visual at all times?

Hi, @Anonymous 

Tooltips can't be shown all the time, and it's not a good idea since tooltips can obscure other options.
If you want to add explanatory text and want to keep showing it, then you can add a text box.

e.g.
