Tooltip - Show all years

Hi there, I have this simple bar chart: I would like to add a waterfall diagram in the tooltip to give more insight but when I hover over one bar I only get this result: This makes sen...

    Hi, LillyLegenda 

    Can you share a sample pbix file for testing?

    Which field is used as the tooltip field?

    You can take a try to change the option from  'show tooltip when Summarized'  to ' show tooltip when used as category'  and  turn off the option "Keep all filters"

    Unfortuately this is not working.

    Here is my example file:

    I would like to be able to hover over Midwest 2019 and see in the tooltip: Waterfall Tooltip filtered on Midwest but see all years and the difference.
