Tooltip Option not showing up

Hey all - I am working on a 100% stacked column chart, with continuous data - and it is not displaying the data correctly. I had to set the X axis to continuous in order to get everything to fit on one page, otherwise the filtering works. 

It should be filtering based on a field called Stationary, but instead, it is going in order of the X-Axis value, which is an index. 

More concerning, is that the Tooltip to change the sort direction is not showing up, so that i can change the order. 

Any ideas? Thanks!
