Tooltip Filter

Please,

Are there some way to use more than one filter to use a Toolptip?

I would like to chose information about Product and Step.

On this example when would like to pull my muse on each collum (ASSY DATE AND LOG DATE) AND see the data just by each ste p.  Any Ideas?
