Tool Tips are Missing in Format for New Azure Maps

Darn it, Microsoft!  There is no street view anymore on the new maps.  Now there is no way to add tooltips to bubbles or points on the map?  This new Azure Map SUCKS!  Where did ToolTips Go?

    MaybrickLR , I am able to add a tooltip and able so see that too on Azure Map visual on the latest version of power bi desktop
