Tool Tips - Count Yes/No

I have a map graph showing different countries. In 'location' i have two columns from my spreadsheet. Both columns have either 'yes' or 'no'.

 

When I hover over each country, I want the tool tips to show both column titles and then a number next to each one showing the number of countries which have 'yes' in each column. 

 

At the moment however, when I hover over the country, it just shows identical numbers next to each column title (because it's counting the number of rows in my spreadsheet).

 

Do you know how I can change the value of the tool tips so that it's only picking up the number of times 'yes' it written in each column for each country?

    I’m not quite sure about what the result do you want , simply figure that you probably need the measure(showing the numbers of countries which have 'yes') and set it to the tooltip.

    Please correct me if I go wrong, more details will be appreciated.
