Tool Tip preview pane

Hello Everyone, 

 

I am not sure if this is possible or not but I am putting together a landing page with all available reports we have and the corresponding links to those reports. My question is, is it possible to add a preview pane to the reports? I tried to add the HTML viewer but it does not show, so either it does not work with other reports in the instance or I have it setup incorrectly. I also considered trying to add as a tool tip but did not have much luck. Is this something that is possible or am I just pissing in the wind?

The HTML content shows a power bi refused to connect error.
