Is it possbile to avoid the column limitation? I must show all rows/cols in a matrix and therefore there is no other option for me how to solve that. I've read that 2^31-1 or something like that is the maximum of data. Isn't there a trick or something else how to show approximately 500 cols? I don't know why there are too much values but 500 cols is normally not that much.

It seems to support up to 100 columns. You may try adding a slicer or visual level filters.
