so the ratio is not correct.  you need to correct it first. Could you pls provide some sample data and expected output?

or you can try below DAX to see if it works.

_Ratio =
DIVIDE(
SUM('Table'[Product Agent Deployed]), SUM('Table'[Total points])
)
