Toggle to display based on selection

Hi,
I have two column code and code & name. In the matrix table, on selecting the toggle to display code& name, else by default to display code.

Without bookmarks is it possible. Using some measures and instead of toggle whether we can use slicer.

I'm afraid this toggle can currently only be triggered by using the bookmark button.
