Toggle / Switch between Titles

Hello everyone!

I have a view/ report, where I would like to switch/ toggle the titles with a filter.

Is there any chance to do this?

For example:

I have a bar chart with a title : "Running Totals current Year"

Now I would like to switch to the title "Accumulated Rates".

Is this possible?
