Toggle Option for Calendar Icon Visibility In Power BI Date Slicer and Fix the BUG

Hello!

You would have noticed when using the date slicer in Power BI, a Calendar Icon right next to the date appears and it indeed improves the accessibility of the slicer, but It would be nice to have an option to turn it on/off from the Formatting Pane rather than having to go into the theme file and modify the cutome JSON theme File . 

I also found an issue/bug with this feature. The date picker still allows users to pick both dates if they want to limit their choices by setting the Before or After option in the Date Slicer.  Since I don’t want the user to be able to change the starting date, I chose “Before” from the dropdown on the slicer to allow the user to pick only the end date, It is still possible for users to change the starting date by clicking the Calendar Icon, which should not be allowed.
