    Maybe you can try this:

    FY Prior Year Values (New) = IF(ISBLANK([FY_Values]), BLANK(), [FY Prior Year Values])

Maybe you can try this:

FY Prior Year Values (New) = IF(ISBLANK([FY_Values]), BLANK(), [FY Prior Year Values])
