To integrate the data in one column

I would like to integrate each same first col data to be one row, like the following 

NURSE_IDCARE_AIDE_IDROOM_ID
11310HCA001A1009, A1010

 

May I ask is able to do this in Power Bi?

Measure= CONCATENATEX ( VALUES ( 'Table'), [Room_id], "," )
