To get the differences of two values and also differences in Percentage Using Dax in Power BI

Hi Team , 
I need to calculate differences and percentage for last quarter value column - previous quarter value column and percentage ((last quarter column-previous quarter column)/last quaretercolumn) in same column using DAX in Power bi 

note: There is no dates column only having years and values 

Please find the below screens hot for your references

The result should be based on the filter of class and year .I want to year and class as filter slicer to get the differences of last quarter - previous quarter and same in %percentage according to the filter selection .

how to get the value of last quarter column and the value of previous quarter column? what do these column name in red boxes mean? 

and could you share the expected outcome with table format?  So that I can verify that my measures are correct according to your expected value. Thanks!
