Timespan graph

Hello,

Im struggling with PowerBi to create a graph view like this (pseudo image in paint)

The goal is to determine when there are lot of jobs going (duration and which hour) and when there is free window (no jobs or short one). How can i achieve something like this in PowerBI i spend a few time already and i can only put duration as axis Y which is useless.
