Timeline graph in PowerBI

Dear Experts,

 

I am trying to make a timeline graph in PowerBI (Example below). Timeline grah.jpg

 

Data structure is as shown in the below table. I have manually assigned a position to each of the row.  Now, when I insert a line grpah in BI with markers on and no line and error bars, i am getting almost similar graph as above with slight variation. For example, if i have multiple IDs for the same date, then in BI, the Position column is getting summed up (which I do not want). I need a separate dot for all the rows even if they are for a same date. Is it feasible to do this in BI?
