Timeline Slicer

Hi, 

I have used timeline slicer in my report as shown below

 

 

How can i change year format from 2,016 to 2016.

    ashwani_pal,

    That's something to do with your data only. I tried recreating this and I am not able to if I use a date column for this slicer.

     

    The Slicer is smart enough to split that data to various Hierarchy levels just like in a list or matrix

     

    So use a date column for this slicer. If already used, check if the data type is date or date time for that column. 

     

    In case your issue exists after this, If you give somemore info about your column used for this slicer,  may be I can help!!!

      I have used date column in timeline visual. It is in Date format, still i am not able to showcase that in proper manner .

        Hi ashwani_pal,

         

        I check on timeline slicer but haven't found any options allow you to custom displayed item format. I'd like to suggest you submit an idea for this requirement.
