Timeline/Date Segment and Status

Hello everyone, 

I have an issue I am currently struggling with, so here I ask to the community: 

I have two tables in Power BI, one Datum table I created with a DAX code and I have a second table called ACTION, here is a quick view: 

As you can see I have several lines of status and the date this status has been modified for a same N° Action. 
I'd like to create a time histogram/timeline which, for a given Date Cursor Segment, gives out a visual of the closest N°Action status, it's number and displays it on a timeline. 
Of course If for a same N°Action I do not have an exact date similarity with the date I have chosen on my date segment then I would like it to display the closest date and status before the chosen date. 
I want only one status for a given N° Action to be displayed on my timeline. 
I have tried in many ways but unfortunately I have not been able to succeed. 
I hope I have been clear with my explanations and thank you to everyone who works on this topic or even reads it !

    What is the Status for this N°Action and this date?

     

    Can you draw an expected result in Paint? 😄

      Yes sorry I have not given the follow up of the status here is a quick scheme: 

      So for an action that has several status at the same date it refers to the following order. 

      Do not take into account the light blue status it does not exist I will do a simplified status column later on. 
      And here is an expected result I would like: 

      And I would be able to change the date and so the status of each action acording to the date I chose on my date segment
