Time stamp differece

Hi,

 

I am calculating difference between below timestamps i.e., start date and end date but gettign wrong difference. PLease help me to fix this.

 

ID                  Start date                       End Date                            Diff i am getting below 

1                   08/11/2022 07:30:03       08/11/2022 07:18:40         0:12:683

The Difference that is shown there is in Mins and it looks correct ?
