Hi, I have a report in Power Bi which has a filter to pull through data depending on what time it is. I live in the UK and the time is behind by an hour so it's not pulling through the correct data. I have tried all the settings and changed everything to UK but it's still wrong on the desktop and when published. I don't want a column with the current time, I just need it to pick up the correct time for the filter.
This is what my filter is showing, it's currently 12:45 here in the UK. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated! Thank you
Hi, @samc_26
Slicers and filters are always based on the time in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). If you set filters in your report and send them to colleagues in different time zones, you'll see the same data. Unless you or your colleagues are in the same UTC time zone, you must all consider the time offset you will encounter. Use Query Editor to convert data captured in your local time zone to UTC.
