Yes, through conditional format strings in calculations groups.
Create a calculation item with this formula in the format string expression:
"""" & FORMAT(SELECTEDMEASURE()/86400, "nn:ss")
Make sure to only use this item on the measures where you want to use it, wither by putting it in the visual level filter or by adding and if condition to the formula above to work only on the measure you want.
